Vantage Commercial announced a new long-term warehouse lease for Habitat for Humanity’s replenishment center at 200 W. Parkway Drive in Egg Harbor Township.
This is the third space Vantage Commercial has been able to source for Habitat for Humanity of Burlington and Mercer Counties, including the opening of its second ReStore in Hamilton in 2020 and an office space for its leadership team in Marlton in 2021.
Ken Richardson, executive director, and Monica Walsh, director of client services, at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with the tenant and property owner to facilitate the transaction under a tight time frame.
“This is a great opportunity for Habitat to be able to continue to serve the community on a larger platform, and we are happy to be involved in something so beneficial,” Walsh said.
Habitat for Humanity’s Replenishment Center will occupy the former 11,562 square feet of warehouse space, which will support and supply this organization’s ReStore sites in Hamilton and Maple Shade, as well as supplying Habitat builds across the territory that this organization covers.
Located on Parkway Drive, just moments from Atlantic City International Airport, the site is easily accessible to the Atlantic City Expressway, Garden State Parkway, Route 40, Route 9 and the White Horse Pike.
