Princeton Speech-Language & Learning Center signed an 830-square-foot expansion lease at its Montgomery Commons office complex in Princeton, according to Larken Associates, which helped facilitate the transaction.
For over 30 years, the Princeton Speech-Language & Learning Center has served as a comprehensive speech therapy practice for clients across central New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
Previously occupying a 2,920-square-foot space, the firm’s expansion into a 3,750-square-foot space will allow it to better serve clients throughout the central New Jersey area.
Located at the intersection of Route 206 and Applegate Road, just a few miles north from the heart of downtown Princeton, Montgomery Commons is a 59,000-square-foot, nine-building office complex offering built-to-suit office spaces geared towards a wide range of potential tenants.
