Alfred Sanzari Enterprises inks renewal to continue 36-year relationship with title agency in Hackensack

Thirty-six years is long time. It is especially long to be a tenant of a residential real estate firm.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises on Tuesday said it re-signed a 2,837-square-foot office lease with First Bergen Title Agency at Court Plaza North in Hackensack. First Bergen has been a tenant at Court Plaza since 1986.

Sanzari was represented by Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Stephen Jennings.

Located directly across from the Bergen County Administrative Complex and other governmental offices, Court Plaza’s 335,000 square feet of Class A office space has become the preferred home for professional services companies in Bergen County.

In addition to its strategic location, the three-building complex offers 100% covered parking and easy access to Interstate 80, Routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.

The ease of access, coupled with on-site property management and ownership, a full-service cafeteria, a fully equipped fitness facility, large common conference room, an on-site bank, on-site shoeshine/repair, dry cleaning and car detailing services ensures that the tenant experience at Court Plaza is unparalleled in the local market.

“When you’ve conducted businesses at the same location for so long, the relationships you create truly become deeper than business,” said Allen Meccia Jr., managing member of First Bergen Title Agency. “Our relationship with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is a critical part of our continued success and we’re proud to continue that relationship into the future.”

“We are proud to be continuing our longstanding relationship with Allen and First Bergen Title Agency at Court Plaza. The latest renewal not only speaks to the property’s unique ability to meet the needs of its tenants but our relationship-focused approach to property management which creates an unmatched office experience for each of our tenants,” Jennings added.
