Premier Developers, together with CJ Dalton, opens leasing on 96 upscale rentals in Englewood

20 Grand kicks off highly anticipated leasing efforts

Leasing efforts opened this week at 20 Grand, a collection of 96 upscale rentals in downtown Englewood developed by Premier Developers, according to a Monday announcement from CJ Dalton, its marketing firm.

Located at 20 Grand Ave. in Englewood, the five-story property anticipates opening its doors to residents in late August 2022. Homes are available in contemporary studio, one- and two-bedroom varying layouts. Amenities include a courtyard sanctuary with pool, on-site garage parking, state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, yoga studio and an entertaining lounge with billiards table.

The property’s roof deck offers 360-degree views and includes a dining terrace, seating areas and grilling stations. 20 Grand also features two commercial retail suites bringing new businesses to the city’s downtown area.

“This project is dear to me. It has been meticulously designed by myself and Vanessa DeLeon. Both of us are longtime residents of Bergen County. I am excited for people to experience the Premier lifestyle in the heart of Englewood,” Peter Tiflinsky, owner of Englewood Cliffs-based Premier Developers, stated. “We’re eagerly looking forward to the opening of 20 Grand to our residents.”

CJ Dalton’s broker, Taryn Byron, with 17 years’ experience, will be handling all leasing and marketing efforts for 20 Grand.

Situated in Bergen County, 20 Grand’s unique location on New Jersey’s Gold Coast showcases a philosophy of exceptional design that integrates stylish good looks, spatial harmony and a wealth of practical solutions for everyday living.

Designed by architectural firm CPA Architecture, 20 Grand offers a sophisticated design vision and its units are priced from $2,445 per month.
