NAI James E. Hanson on Tuesday said it negotiated three leases at 17 Sylvan St. in Rutherford. The transactions include a 900-square-foot lease with FL&M Engineering Design & Inspection, a 900-square-foot lease with Robust Living Therapy LLC and a 300-square-foot lease with Ingri’s Home Services LLC.
NAI Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented the landlord, ETFRO LLC, in each transaction.
Located within Rutherford’s Central Business District, 17 Sylvan St. is a two-story, 16,000-square-foot office building featuring on-site property management and ample parking. The building boasts proximity to Routes 3, 17, 21 and 46 and the New Jersey Turnpike and is less than two miles from MetLife Stadium and the American Dream retail and entertainment complex.
