Fastener Dimensions, a manufacturer and distributor of precision bolts for the aerospace industry, purchased a 60,000-square-foot property in Pennsauken that it has been operating in for several years for $4.25 million, according to a Monday announcement from NAI Mertz.
NAI Mertz’s Jonathan Klear, senior vice president, brokered the sale of the industrial property located at 6850 River Road.
Klear noted: “I was pleased to have worked on behalf of Fastener Dimensions to purchase the facility it has called home for several years. The company provides a unique product to the aerospace industry and this purchase solidifies their commitment to the area and their business.”
This freestanding industrial building sits in close proximity to Routes 90 and 130 and is easily accessible to Philadelphia via the Betsy Ross Bridge.
