KRE Group opens leasing at Beacon Hill luxury rental community in Marlboro

Beacon Hill, a full-service apartment community that will introduce a modern rental experience to Marlboro Township, has launched its leasing program, developer KRE Group announced Tuesday.

Located on Lloyd Road, just minutes from downtown Matawan, Beacon Hill delivers 285 new luxury rental residences to the Monmouth County market. The residences are housed in 14 separate three-story garden apartment buildings rising on a park-like, 47-acre property. Residents will enjoy spacious, new construction residences and an array of amenities and services designed to appeal to today’s sophisticated renter.

Beacon Hill offers a variety of two-bedroom layouts for lease, with dens available in select units. Monthly rental rates start from the $2,900s. Special grand opening incentives are available for lease terms between 13 and 26 months. Immediate occupancy is available.

“Beacon Hill is named for its location near Beacon Hill Road in Marlboro, one of three historical sites in Monmouth County where beacons were placed during the Revolutionary War to warn of British incursions from the bay,” Marc Kushner, chief design officer of KRE Group, said. “We drew inspiration from the area’s rich history while designing the community. The finished product is one that pays homage to its historical roots while offering residents the best in elegant living spaces and lifestyle amenities, all near local shopping, dining, parks and mass transit.”

The residences at Beacon Hill are sleek and stylish, with upscale appointments and ornate details found throughout each home. Open-concept kitchens include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, microwave and dishwasher, among other essentials. Features such as central air conditioning, faux-hardwood laminate flooring and pre-wired, cable-ready connections provide residents with comfort, luxury and convenience.

The center of community life at Beacon Hill will be a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse with resort-style amenities. It will offer a variety of elegant social and recreational spaces for residents to enjoy, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a clubroom with billiards and a fireplace, a business center and a kitchen/dining area that can be used for entertaining. Outside, open-air amenities will include a pool, sundeck, fire pits, grills, bocce courts, a playground and a dog park.

Beacon Hill introduces a new type of housing to Marlboro Township, providing a contemporary residential option for local residents as well as everyone else who finds the Monmouth County location appealing. Residents are just a short drive from New Jersey Transit’s Aberdeen-Matawan train station, as well as the Garden State Parkway and Routes 34, 35 and 79. Supermarkets, restaurants, nature preserves and parks, such as Marlboro’s own Big Brook Park, are just minutes away. Monmouth County’s world-class beaches are easily accessible, as well as Monmouth Park Racetrack, PNC Bank Arts Center and other local destinations. Manhattan is a 37-mile drive away, or about an hour by train.

Beacon Hill is the newest addition to KRE’s popular “Garden Collection” of more than a dozen rental communities across the tri-state area.
