JLL facilitates long-term relocation lease for accounting firm MTL at 105 Eisenhower Parkway in Roseland

JLL arranges 22,000 sq. ft.  deal that allows company to ‘trade up’ to modern, new office in premier corporate campus

JLL on Wednesday said it arranged a 22,000-square-foot long-term lease for accounting and consulting firm MTL — also known as Meisel Tuteur and Lewis — at 105 Eisenhower Parkway in Roseland.

MTL will relocate from nearby 101 Eisenhower Parkway to occupy a fully built-out space on the second floor of the 220,000-square-foot, four-story property located within the three-building Eisenhower Corporate Park.

The new office was designed by Rotwein and Blake and JLL Project Development Services managed the custom build-out of the high-end office with a flexible and efficient layout designed to support the tenant’s future business requirements.

Ranked among the top privately held companies in New Jersey, MTL is a full-service, certified public accounting firm founded in 1946. The company provides expertise in the areas of accounting, auditing, sophisticated tax planning and preparation, estate and wealth planning, management consulting and litigation support services.

A long-term tenant at 101 Eisenhower Parkway, MTL sought upgraded space within the campus that supported its goals to attract and retain talent.

“We are thrilled to be staying within the Eisenhower campus, where we have enjoyed tremendous success growing,” Michael S. Lewis, CPA, co-managing partner of MTL, said. “The custom-built office we are moving to at 105 Eisenhower Parkway provides us with the type of modern office environment that will support strategic growth in today’s evolving business environment.”

Situated off Exit 4 of Interstate 280 within the 51-acre Eisenhower Park campus, 105 Eisenhower Parkway occupies a prime location in the heart of New Jersey’s “Wealth Belt.”

The property recently underwent a comprehensive repositioning that included enhancements to the shared lobby and common areas, outdoor gathering spaces, landscaping, signage and parking. The building is anchored by the law firm Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi, which occupies 120,000 square feet.

MTL was represented by JLL Senior Managing Director David Stifelman and Executive Managing Director Tim Greiner. Ownership was represented by Newmark Senior Managing Director Jeff Kolodkin.

“MTL’s commitment to Eisenhower Corporate Park is a testament to ownership’s forward-thinking efforts to create effective solutions for employers seeking highly accessible, modern office space that supports their business goals,” Stifelman said. “It was a pleasure to work with ownership’s asset manager, Dawn Arrabito, to create the ideal environment for MTL as they continue to build on the company’s nearly 80-year legacy of dedicated and professional service.”
