Valley Health System has been named a 2023 Human Experience Pinnacle of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey, a provider of health care experience solutions and services. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in employee experience.
As an honoree, Valley has been recognized as a top performer in the National Healthcare Average benchmark based on the averaged Engagement score from census surveys conducted in the two most recent calendar years.
Valley has provided an immense amount of support and investment in its employees in recent years, engaging them in various committees and workgroups, as well as offering various opportunities for growth within the system.
Valley CEO Audrey Meyers said the honor is a team award.
“This award represents the priority Valley places in investing in our employees to, in turn, provide a better patient experience and to improve the delivery of care,” she said.
Press Ganey CEO Patrick Ryan said the award is forward looking.
