MAD Global Strategy, a public affairs firm, said Aug. 6 that Justin Braz has been promoted to partner.
“Justin Braz has helped take MAD Global to the next level, growing our firm and recruiting the next generation of top talent,” said Mike DuHaime, founder and CEO, MAD Global. “Justin is a trusted advisor who is providing strategic counsel and helping our clients navigate tough challenges. I am thrilled to name him as a partner, and I look forward to seeing how Justin will continue to deliver results for our clients and enhance the culture at our firm.”
Braz joined MAD Global Strategy in 2023 and oversees the firm’s Trenton lobbying operation.
“Justin’s deep understanding of government policy and how it affects families and businesses sets him apart,” said Laura Matos, partner, MAD Global. “We are incredibly fortunate to have him on our team.”
Prior to joining MAD Global Strategy, Braz served as chief of staff and assistant commissioner for transportation policy at the New Jersey Department of Transportation. He assumed that role after he served as Gov. Phil Murphy’s deputy chief of staff for legislative affairs for five years.
“As Partner, I look forward to continuing to guide our clients through complex challenges, mentor the next generation of talent, and help drive MAD Global’s continued growth and leadership in the industry,” said Braz.
