Tanenbaum Keale LLP said Sept. 3 that Timothy M. McCann joined the firm as partner in the Newark office. He is also licensed in New York and Pennsylvania.
During his career, McCann represented clients in complex litigation involving claims associated with toxic tort exposures and product liability allegations. Specifically, his experience in the asbestos litigation enables him to provide defense strategies aligned with the risk that each unique matter presents.
McCann also brings extensive experience defending health care professionals against allegations of medical malpractice.
