Advanced Heart and Vascular Institute grows its presence at Raritan Commons

Advanced Heart and Vascular Institute of Hunterdon, a state-of-the-art cardiovascular facility, is expanding its presence at Raritan Commons, taking a lease for 6,456 square feet, according to Larken Associates.

The growing practice had previously leased a 4,624-square-foot space at Raritan Commons, which is located at 200 Route 31 N. in Flemington. Core Enterprises, Larken Associates’ in-house full-service construction team, managed the buildout of the expanded space.

Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, said the ability to grow the space was key.

“Our latest renewal and expansion emphasizes Raritan Commons’ ability to help businesses of all types grow and prosper,” he said. “The property’s adaptability, paired with our hands-on approach to property management, continues to enable us to build these long-term relationships, and we are excited to help Advanced Heart and Vascular Institute of Hunterdon provide their invaluable services to the Flemington community.”

Located in the heart of Hunterdon County, Raritan Commons is a two-story, 67,040-square-foot building with a range of medical and office spaces.

With an elegant entrance and curved archway leading to a professionally decorated lobby with two passenger elevators, the property provides tenants with the perfect opportunity to conduct business and service their respective clientele.

Raritan Commons is situated on the northbound lane of Route 31 across from Hunterdon Medical Center and is easily accessible from Routes 22, 28, 31, 202 and 206, as well as Interstates 78 and 287.
