Morristown-based Riker Danzig on Wednesday said it welcomed associate Cindy Belvisi to the firm’s Corporate and Labor & Employment groups.
Belvisi is experienced in mergers & acquisitions, transactional matters and providing strategic guidance to clients regarding employment law and associated compliance issues.
Before joining Riker Danzig, Belvisi served as in-house counsel to multiple businesses, providing counsel on corporate transactions, including the sale of businesses to private equity groups. She advised on the full gamut of employment concerns, guiding leadership on risk management, training programs, hiring practices and the creation of human resources policies and procedures.
Belvisi is admitted to the New York State Bar and practices out of the firm’s New York office.
