Judge Thomas Moore has joined O’Toole Scrivo as a partner after 15 years of distinguished service as a judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Essex County, the firm announced Monday.
For the last six years, Moore was the presiding judge of the Civil Division.
Co-Managing Partner Kevin O’Toole was delighted to make the announcement.
“His unparalleled expertise and judicial perspective will be a tremendous asset, furthering our commitment to delivering exceptional legal services,” he said.
Co-Managing Partner Tom Scrivo shared the sentiment.

Moore will lead the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group, focusing on arbitration and mediation.
Moore received a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
