Schenck, Price, Smith & King LLP announced Michael DeMarco has joined the firm as its new COO/CFO effective Tuesday, August 6.
As the Florham Park-based firm’s COO/CFO, DeMarco will provide strategic operational and financial leadership, including Finance, Human Resources, IT and Marketing. DeMarco brings over 30 years of experience as an accomplished operational and financial executive, spanning various private and public companies. DeMarco began his career with Ernst & Young.
DeMarco graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and holds a CPA certification.
