Port Authority Chairman, O’Toole, honored with Excellence in Leadership

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Chairman Kevin O’Toole has been honored with the Excellence in Leadership Award by the New Jersey Jewish Business Alliance (NJJBA). The award was presented during the annual “Legislative and Business Luncheon,” an event that gathers a diverse group of local, county, and state elected and appointed officials.

Recognized for his outstanding leadership and significant contributions to the Port Authority, O’Toole’s dedication to enhancing the region’s transportation infrastructure and promoting economic growth was highlighted during the presentation.

“I am deeply honored to receive this award from the New Jersey Jewish Business Alliance,” O’Toole said. “This recognition is a testament to the incredible men and women of the Port Authority who work tirelessly to ensure the safe and efficient movement of people and goods throughout our region. Their dedication and professionalism are the true driving forces behind our success.”

“We are thrilled to honor Chairman Kevin O’Toole with the Excellence in Leadership Award,” NJJBA Executive Director David Rosenberg said. “Under his guidance, the Port Authority has reached new heights in service and operational excellence. His vision and commitment to public service are truly inspiring.”

Previous recipients of the Excellence in Leadership Award include U.S. Rep. Josh Gottheimer, N.J. Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin, Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop, Senator (then Assemblyman) Raj Mukherji, and Assemblywoman Eliana Pintor Marin.

The New Jersey Jewish Business Alliance is dedicated to providing a comprehensive network for Jewish business owners in New Jersey, fostering opportunities for business advancement through connections and government advocacy. NJJBA’s mission is to ensure that New Jersey is recognized as a premier place for Jewish professionals to live, work, and visit.
