Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is revolutionizing the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease (CAD) through the adoption of two state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) technologies: the HeartFlow FFRCT Analysis and the CathWorks FFRangio® System.

The HeartFlow FFRCT Analysis uses advanced AI to transform data from a standard coronary computed tomography angiogram (CTA) into a 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries. This model calculates fractional flow reserve (FFRCT) values, enabling clinicians to visualize arterial blockages and understand their impact on blood flow.
By offering detailed insights, the HeartFlow technology facilitates:
