Penthouse for your thoughts: The Atlantic Club offers oceanfront luxury home for $5.5 million

The Atlantic Club, a 132-residence high-rise in Long Branch, is redefining luxury living with direct beach access, high-end amenities, and a curated art experience.

Situated on the last remaining oceanfront plot in the area, The Atlantic Club offers residents an opportunity to embrace a waterfront lifestyle with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The development boasts 75,000-square feet of amenities, including a resort-style pool, wellness spa, private lounges, EV charging stations, and an expansive pool deck with sunbeds, fire pits, and barbecue grills. Fitness facilities include a gym with dedicated studios for spinning, cardio, yoga, and weight training. Additional amenities include a business center, a game room with billiards and poker, a virtual reality room and sports simulator, a cinema, and a children’s playroom.

The residences range from one to five bedrooms, featuring spacious layouts, expansive balconies, and terraces, many with panoramic ocean views.

Adding to its exclusivity, The Atlantic Club features a Manhattan-level art experience. Cristina Grajales, owner of the Cristina Grajales Gallery in Tribeca, is curating the building’s art, transforming the lobby into a gallery space. Notable artists include French glass sculptor Christophe Côme, whose work is featured in Chanel stores worldwide, and Jorge Lizarazo, a renowned textile and tapestry artist from Hechizoo atelier, who is creating custom works for the project.

The 3,000-square-foot lobby serves as the centerpiece of The Atlantic Club’s artistic vision. Rising 18 feet, the marquee entrance features soaring glass and textile installations inspired by ocean waves, blending architecture and art to create a museum-like experience.
