Semperis appoints Belknap to lead U.S. federal sales and partner strategy

Semperis, a Hoboken-based provider of AI-powered identity security and cyber resilience, announced the appointment of Randall Belknap as head of U.S. Federal Sales.

A seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in federal enterprise software sales, Belknap will lead Semperis’ public sector go-to-market strategy, drive strategic growth in U.S. federal accounts and oversee the expansion of the company’s federal partner network and channel distribution initiatives.

Belknap joins Semperis following successful federal sales leadership roles at Checkmarx, HPE, Micro Focus and Oracle. At Checkmarx, he built and led the U.S. federal sales division, helping to drive significant adoption of application security solutions across civilian and defense agencies. He has also played a vital role in helping multiple cybersecurity companies navigate the complex process of achieving FedRAMP certification and scaling federal operations.

“Randall is a proven leader who understands the unique needs of public sector customers and the vital role identity security plays in national resilience,” said Mike DeGaetano, Semperis CRO. “His experience, vision and deep relationships across the federal ecosystem will help accelerate Semperis’ mission to protect the identity systems that are critical to government operations.”

Belknap will build on Semperis’ growing momentum in the federal space by strengthening relationships with key agencies and system integrators, developing new channel distribution models and scaling a partner-first approach to delivering identity-first security solutions. His efforts will complement Semperis’ existing partnership with Carahsoft and expand access to the company’s solutions through trusted federal procurement vehicles and resellers.

“Semperis is uniquely positioned to become the gold standard for identity-first security in the federal market,” said Belknap. “We are answering the call of agencies seeking to modernize and secure their identity infrastructure. I’m excited to lead this next chapter and collaborate with our partners to support the Semperis federal mission.”

Belknap will also lead Semperis Government Solutions (Semperis Gov), a dedicated initiative supporting U.S. agencies and federal system integrators as they deploy AI-powered identity protection across hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
