Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno relocates HQ to Parsippany from Denville

Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno has relocated its headquarters to The Arbors at Parsippany from Denville. The move expands the firm’s footprint by nearly 50%, providing room for a growing team of 45+ attorneys and 35+ professional staff.

Founded in 1961, Einhorn Barbarito has been deeply rooted in Morris County.

“Our firm raises the standard of client service by pursuing excellence in every matter,” said Gary R. Botwinick, co-managing partner. “This move gives us the space and resources to respond to client needs with even greater precision and care.”

The Arbors is a 60-acre site in Morris County that recently underwent $15 million in capital improvements. The campus boasts five Class-A buildings and is surrounded by trees, nature and walking trails. The firm will occupy 25,000-plus square feet of the building and will feature modernized offices, collaborative workspaces with interior glass windows to provide plenty of natural light, an abundance of conference rooms, and a 2,000-square-foot lounge and dining area within its own space in addition to the amenities provided at the Arbors.

Campus amenities include new entrance lobbies, barista-style grab-and-go’s, three full-service cafes, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, boardrooms, conference rooms, game rooms and outdoor cornhole stations. The campus provides ample parking and is located near interstates 287 and 80, and Route 10.

Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director Josh Cohen and Executive Director Bill Brown represented the tenant in negotiations for the 12-year lease with owner Onyx Equities LLC’s Vice President of Leasing, John O’Hearn. Community Builders Managing Partner Conor Evans was the project manager for the tenant, and Pencil & Mouse Interiors owner Donna McLaughlin spearheaded the interior design.
