Parsippany-based Provenir wins 2025 LendTech, credit risk honors for AI platform

Provenir, whose North American headquarters is in Parsippany, said it has received two industry honors for its AI Decisioning Platform, including “LendTech of the Year” in the 2025 US FinTech Awards and a win for best “Credit Risk Solution” in the 2025 Credit & Collections Technology Awards.

The company, which describes itself as a global leader in AI risk decisioning, said the US FinTech Awards recognize financial services modernization and technology progress. The program is organized by FinTech Intel, a market intelligence platform for financial services technology.

For its “LendTech of the Year” award, the judges cited Provenir’s product approach and its ability to meet customer needs and scale. In comments included in the announcement, judges said Provenir “has delivered a lending solution that blends innovation with impact — meeting customer needs through smart design, seamless delivery, and a clear path to scale,” adding that the product is helping reshape the lending landscape and set new standards for the sector.

Provenir also said it was recognized in the 2025 Credit & Collections Technology Awards for best “Credit Risk Solution.” The company said that awards program spotlights technological innovation in credit and collections and highlights companies and individuals leading efforts to enhance credit and collections technology.

In addition, Provenir said it was named to the 2025 Credit & Collections Technology Power List of Top 20 Companies, which it described as an annual compilation of influential and innovative companies in the credit and collections technology sector.

“We are honored to be recognized in these two prestigious financial services awards programs for our AI Decisioning Platform that is transforming how financial services organizations manage their customers with real-time AI and intelligence,” said Carol Hamilton, Provenir’s chief product and strategy officer. “Our platform enables organizations to uncover actionable insights at scale and make strategic decisions quickly to manage risk as well as enable growth through hyper-personalized engagement.”

The company said the latest recognition follows other awards in 2025. Provenir said it was named “Data Solution of the Year – Finance” in the Data Breakthrough Awards for the fourth consecutive year and was included in the Fintech Global DataTech 50 list for the second consecutive year.

Provenir said its AI Decisioning Platform combines data, decisioning and decision intelligence to support decisions across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, application fraud, credit risk, customer management and collections. The company said it operates in more than 60 countries and processes more than 4 billion transactions annually.
