Maywood-based Freedom Bank announced that Union resident Trevor A. Taylor has joined the organization as vice president and regional manager, where he will oversee the bank’s branch network and retail banking operations.
Taylor brings extensive experience in retail banking leadership, branch performance and team development.
In his role at Freedom Bank, he will focus on strengthening customer relationships, supporting the branch team, and advancing the bank’s mission to deliver high-quality community banking services.
Before joining Freedom Bank, Taylor served as vice president and market manager at Valley National Bank.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership and management positions at several financial institutions, including TD Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Affinity Federal Credit Union and Blue Foundry Bank, where he developed a strong track record in deposit growth, operational leadership and customer service excellence.
“Trevor brings strong leadership experience and a deep understanding of community banking,” said Jennifer Flood, executive vice president of operations of Freedom Bank.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in management and a Master of Science in finance.
