Advance finishes first phase of renovations at luxury residential property in Hoboken

Advance Realty, a developer of retail and mixed-use projects, announced Monday it has completed the first phase of renovations at The Bexley, a luxury residential community in Hoboken.

The property, located at 1300 Clinton St., has been upgraded to include a new cyber cafe; residential lounges with WiFi and flat screen TVs; a shuffleboard table; and seating areas. The developer said over 50 percent of the community’s 128 one- and three-bedroom units have also been updated with new wide plank flooring, solid wood kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops, and new bathrooms. The remainder are scheduled to be completed by September.

With the first phase completed, Advance is in the process of updating the Bexley’s lobby and courtyard, adding fire pits, grilling stations and seating areas.

Advance has also retained The Bozzuto Group to provide 24-hour on-site management.

“The recent upgrades completed at The Bexley has transformed the property into a luxury residential community offering residents a lifestyle of convenience, accessibility, and all the modern comforts,” said Angela Tsai, Advance Realty’s director of asset management. “The building has undergone a series of thoughtful upgrades that marry contemporary style and an unparalleled convenience to everything Hoboken has to offer.”

“The Bexley represents everything the modern renter desires — from access to public transportation and main thoroughfares to tasteful living areas and first-class amenities, all within a vibrant, walkable neighborhood, ” said  Stephanie Williams, president of Bozzuto Management Co. “We’re delighted to partner with Advance Realty as their attention to detail and focus on creating extraordinary spaces offer our residents what they have come to expect from Bozzuto-managed communities.”
