T&W International, a toy wholesaler, has signed a 10,000-square-foot industrial lease renewal at the Edgeboro Corporate Center in East Brunswick, according to real estate firm Denholtz Properties.
The center, located at 12-16 Edgeboro Road, is a two-building, 84,000-square-foot flex property with units up to 20,000 square feet. The building sits within close access to routes 1 and 9, Interstate 287, and the Garden State Parkway.
Y&W’s lease will give it a flexible space to serve as both its showroom and distribution facility.
“For many years, central New Jersey’s accessibility, population density, and strong business climate have made it a tremendous market for flex space,” Kristine B. Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing at Denholtz, said. “Our large portfolio of flex space in Middlesex County allows us to consistently respond to strong local demand and provide long-term homes for businesses like Y&W International that enable them to service both local and national markets.”
David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented Denholtz in the deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.
