Wakefern Food Corp., the supermarket cooperative with members operating under the ShopRite, Fresh Grocer and several other banners, has named a pair of executives to its C-suite, it announced Friday.
Neil Falcone will serve as chief financial officer for the Keasbey-based organization, while Karen Maleta will be chief communications officer.
Falcone, who had been vice president of ShopRite Financial Services and Corporate Finance, replaces the retiring Doug Wille, while Meleta, who had been vice president of consumer and corporate communications, takes on the newly created role.
