Somos Inc., a registry management and data solutions company based in East Brunswick, announced it has hired Deborah Thomas its new senior vice president and chief people officer.
Thomas will report to Gina Perini, CEO and president.
In this role, Thomas will be responsible for growing Somos’ human resources and talent strategies.
“As the telecom industry evolves, the role of trusted, neutral registries grows increasingly important,” Perini said. “Deborah joins Somos during an exciting time of growth. I’m confident that she will bring her vision and leadership to develop Somos’ most important asset – its people.  Her strategic approach to business operations will provide excellent guidance for our team now and in the future, with the laser focus of providing an exceptional experience to our customers.”
Thomas, who has more than 20 years of experience in talent and organizational effectiveness strategies, most recently served as vice president, talent management for the technology division at Comcast.
