Mahwah-based communication solutions company International Telcom LLC has closed on its acquisition of Magna5 Telecom, the telecommunications business of Magna5 Global.
The deal was first announced in August.
Magna5 Telecom will join ITL’s other communication-focused brands, Dial800 and Kall8, and will eventually be rebranded as RingSquared, a company including all of ITL’s managed voice, data and key communication solution businesses.
“ITL’s core company focus is about delivering superior connectivity, data analytics and voice technology,” CEO Kevin Alward said in a prepared statement. “We look forward to adding new services and making them available to all ITL clients.”
ITL has begun key infrastructure work in New Jersey and elsewhere, it noted. The company will now serve more than 30,000 customers.
