Pier Club (new premium space at Pru Center) on schedule for September launch

Arena releases updated video that showcases premium option being built on 2nd suite level

The creation of the Pier Club, a new premium space that is part of a reimagining of premium seating at the Prudential Center, is on schedule for completion by early September, Prudential Center officials announced.

There’s even a new video that shows an update (click here to see).

Located on the second suite level of the west side of the building, the Pier Club will provide 2- to 8-person modern seating options for year-round access to New Jersey Devils home games and more than 200 world-class events at Prudential Center.

Inspired by the Jersey Shore, the new premium hospitality space offers an exclusive center view into the arena, private bar and lounge, VIP parking and entrance, and a variety of seating options including private boxes, premium plush seats and barstools.

Levy, a market leader in world-class hospitality at iconic sports and entertainment venues, will service the premium space with all-inclusive food and beverage to create an elevated hospitality experience.

Prudential Center officials said the following has taken place since the club was first announced in May:

  • All the furniture, fixtures and finishes have been removed and the walls and ceilings have been demolished in the previous suites, hallways and bathroom spaces;
  • The new design has been laid out;
  • The wall studs for the new loge boxes have been erected;
  • New power and data has been run in the open ceilings and walls;
  • Floor tiling has started to be laid in the club and the bathrooms;
  • The super-riser in the center seating section has been built and the new stairs have been poured and are in place.

Construction, which is being handled by Phelps Construction Group, will be finished before the start of the 2024-25 NHL season.
