Rutherford-based Boiling Springs Savings Bank, a North Jersey savings bank and provider of financial services, announced it has promoted Sandra Ruiz to assistant treasurer and senior retail banking specialist.
Ruiz will be responsible for providing retail banking training to bank staff. She will also assist with branch administrative tasks.
“We congratulate Sandra on her continued advancement and look forward to her future growth,” said Theresa O’Keefe, first vice president and branch coordinator at Boiling Springs Savings Bank. “Her exemplary leadership skills have made her a talented, reliable mentor and this promotion is well deserved.”
Ruiz began her career at Boiling Springs Savings Bank as a teller before becoming a retail banking specialist. She was then named senior retail banking specialist.
Boiling Spring Savings Bank currently has 17 branches throughout Bergen, Essex, Morris and Passaic counties.
