The S3 Agency announces new president

The S3 Agency, a marketing agency in Boonton, announced it has hired Philip S. Brojan as its new president.

In his new role, Brojan will be responsible for heading the agency’s operations and growth plans, including finding new talent, business opportunities and acquisitions.

Prior to The S3 Agency, Brojan was a client for more than 10 years at Wyndham Destinations as its senior vice president, global marketing. Before that, he held a number of senior-level marketing roles with Wyndham, including vice president, online marketing and vice president, North America member marketing. Prior to that, he was vice president, business development at Wishoo.

“I could not be more excited about the opportunity to help take The S3 Agency to the next level,” Brojan said. “As a client, I experienced firsthand The S3 Agency’s culture of fearless creativity, superior customer service and commitment to effectiveness. S3 is the kind of agency partner today’s CMO values most in a world of increasing responsibility and accountability – hyper creative, analytically and digitally advanced, and performance driven. I’m looking forward to expanding The S3 Agency, and to continuing to add the very best marketing talent in the New York City area to our ranks.”

Brojan will report directly to co-founders Denise Blasevick, CEO, and Adam Schnitzler, chief creative officer.

“This is the first time The S3 Agency has hired a president, and we couldn’t be more sure of the timing or of our choice in Phil, having seen the results his leadership continuously yielded as our client,” Blasevick said. “His immeasurable passion for the industry and extensive expertise building brands and businesses are the key characteristics we were seeking in this critical leadership position. S3 has been strategically preparing for the agency’s scalability, including expanding our corporate headquarters. I look forward to working closely with Mr. Brojan to help take the agency and our talented team to new heights.”

“Having Phil on board to steer the business and our plans for growth will allow Denise and I to focus on our specialties: cultivating and fulfilling the fearlessly creative vision for the agency,” Schnitzler said. “I’m just as excited about the future of S3 today as I was when we founded the agency in 2001.”

The S3 Agency said it works with brands such as BMW of North America, Wyndham Worldwide, Eight O’Clock Coffee and Tetley Tea.
