EisnerAmper hires director for center serving family businesses, other privately held firms

EisnerAmper LLP has hired a director for its Center for Family Business Excellence, the professional services firm announced this week.

Natalie McVeigh will work out of the firm’s Iselin office, helping high net worth families reach personal and professional goals, EisnerAmper said in a news release.

“I’m eager to enhance the considerable offerings of the Center for Family Business Excellence by working with families of wealth to create stewardship pathways for their heirs with measurable competencies — be that in a business-owning family or family office,” she told ROI-NJ.

EisnerAmper’s Center for Family Business Excellence helps guide and support family businesses and other privately held businesses through challenging periods of transition, such as: ownership changes, through exit strategy planning or estate planning; a business transition, through strategic planning, leadership development and more; or a family transition, including conflict management and philanthropy.

During her career, McVeigh has served as vice president of family dynamics at Wells Fargo Private Bank and as partner in her own enterprise consulting and coaching practices, Family Owned Business Resources and Strategic Designs for Learning.

“We’re delighted to have Natalie join our team,” Lisë Stewart, principal-in-charge of the center, said in a prepared statement. “Wise beyond her years, she has a wide field of experiences and has worked with an amazing variety of clients, which gives her a depth of knowledge we don’t often see. Natalie will bring the professionalism and creativity to our team that our clients have come to expect.”

McVeigh, who has a master’s in business ethics and compliance from New England College of Business and Finance, holds certifications in Advanced Family Business Advising and other skills, as well as memberships in the International Coach Federation, New England Association for Conflict Resolution and other organizations.
