Westfield law firm elevates two to partner

The Westfield offices of law firm Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper P.C. elevated Lisa Gingeleskie and Elizabeth Candido Petite to partner, according to an announcement from the firm.

Gingeleskie is a member of Lindabury’s Labor, Employment & Employee Benefits group, where she focuses on labor and employment law, including ERISA and employee benefits.
She has significant experience in state and federal court proceedings and also assists clients with internal investigations into allegations of harassment and workplace misconduct. She provides training for employees and management in areas of employment law and advises on the use of social media to recruit and hire. Gingeleskie sits on the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Union County and the Westfield YMCA, while also serving as co-chair of Lindabury’s Women’s Business Initiative program. She holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Elizabeth Candido Petite.

Candido Petite is a member of the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Estates practice group, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and administration as well as tax law. Her expertise includes documents such as wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and advance directives for health care. With a specialty in elder law, special needs planning and guardianships, she serves as a panelist for the Union County Probate Early Settlement Panel. Candido Petite is a member of the board of directors of DMF Youth, a program for underserved children, and is an active member of the firm’s Women’s Business Initiative. She holds a J.D. and a LL.M in taxation from New York Law School.
