Pickleball Kingdom to expand into South Brunswick

Pickleball Kingdom, the world’s largest indoor pickleball entity, continues its expansion in New Jersey with a new facility planned for South Brunswick.

With its Hamilton club already open and additional locations in Watchung and Tinton Falls slated to open this winter, the brand is rapidly growing its footprint across the state. Leading the charge in South Brunswick is new franchisee Yashraj Kurani, who brings a strong commitment to community, purpose and the sport of pickleball.

“We’re excited to continue growing Pickleball Kingdom’s presence in New Jersey,” said Ace Rodrigues, founder and CEO of Pickleball Kingdom. “As we expand across the state, every new club deepens our commitment to building stronger communities through the power of pickleball.”

The South Brunswick facility will feature state-of-the-art indoor courts that combine the feel of outdoor surfaces with the benefits of year-round, climate-controlled play. Players of all skill levels can take advantage of professional coaching and clinics, and participate in organized leagues and tournaments for both casual and competitive play. The club will also host community and corporate events to bring people together through pickleball. In addition, a fully stocked pro shop will offer top pickleball products, from paddles and balls to apparel and accessories.

“Our Pickleball Kingdom club will be more than a sports facility — it will help local economic growth and be a community hub that supports active living. It will help create a safe space for social connection and youth engagement. It’s an investment in the well-being and vibrancy of South Brunswick,” said Kurani. “We will create a space that promotes health, connection and fun — while growing a sport that people genuinely love. South Brunswick and neighboring towns don’t have any indoor courts that meet the growing demand, and Pickleball Kingdom is the perfect fit.”

With more than two decades in IT sales, Kurani has built a successful career driving growth and fostering strong client relationships. A passionate and competitive pickleball player, he recently earned a coveted 4.0 PPA Golden Ticket and has competed in high-level cross-club events, including winning the All-Star Game.

Beyond the court, Yash is a devoted family man, sharing his life with his wife, Payal, an accomplished IT professional, and their two children. Combining his business expertise with his love for pickleball, Yash is committed to creating a welcoming community for players of all skill levels.

“We’re proud to welcome Yashraj Kurani to the Pickleball Kingdom family,” said Rob Streett, president and chief global officer of Pickleball Kingdom. “His passion, leadership and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our mission. With Yash leading the way in South Brunswick, we’re confident players will enjoy a top-tier experience.”
