Little Sheep hotpot dining eatery opening 1st U.S. location at American Dream

Another culinary gem is opening at the American Dream mall. Little Sheep will be an exciting addition to the East Rutherford retail and food destination’s extensive list of eateries.

The global hotpot sensation promises guests a distinctive dining journey at its only official U.S. location. This communal dining experience empowers guests to craft their own culinary masterpieces by personally cooking an array of meats, seafood and vegetables in simmering pots filled with rich, flavorful broths and sauces.

The unique Little Sheep experience is intended to be shared with loved ones, making it a popular choice for family gatherings and social outings.

Established in 1999 in Inner Mongolia, Little Sheep has evolved into a culinary icon with over 200 restaurants across 120 regions and cities, including Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore and Madrid. Renowned for its aromatic broth, crafted from a blend of 37 herbs and spices, such as goji berries, jujubes, black cardamom pods and ginseng, Little Sheep ensures a delightful and healthy dining experience with high-quality meats, vegetables and seafood. The herbs and spices aid in digestion and provide a nourishing aspect to the meal.

The ambiance of Little Sheep is designed to enhance the dining experience. The interior features traditional Mongolian motifs and décor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service is attentive and welcoming, with staff eager to explain the concept to newcomers. Private rooms are also available for special events.

“We are thrilled to introduce the captivating hotpot experience of Little Sheep to American Dream,” Don Ghermezian, CEO of American Dream, said. “Diners will relish in the excitement of creating personalized, delectable soups that suit their preferences.”

Little Sheep features an extensive menu containing a wide array of soup bases and various protein options. Flavorful sauces include sacha barbeque, sesame, mushroom and more. Additionally, guests can enjoy various kebabs and appetizers.
