Bedminster-based Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp. and Peapack Gladstone Bank announced the promotion of Dennis R. Magarro to senior vice president, senior underwriter at Peapack Capital, a subsidiary of the bank.
Peapack Capital focuses on equipment financing and leasing, the bank said.
Magarro, who has 18 years of experience in equipment leasing and structured finance, will be responsible for credit and underwriting functions.
Before Peapack, Magarro held roles at Santander Bank N.A., MUFG/The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Capital Leasing and Finance, RBS/Citizens Asset Finance, General Electric Co./GE Capital and Arthur Andersen LLP.
